Blynk — Support & Safety
Support for customers affected by domestic, family or sexual violence

The red Quick exit button (or the Escape key) leaves this page immediately and removes it from your Back button. Web pages can't erase your wider browser history — if someone may check your device, use private or incognito browsing, or a safer device such as a library computer or a trusted friend's phone.
Our commitment
- We have policies and procedures to protect the safety of people affected by domestic, family or sexual violence.
- We will keep you connected. If you tell us you have safety concerns, we will not restrict, suspend or disconnect your service for at least 30 days unless you ask us to.
- If your service has been restricted, suspended or disconnected and you need it back because of a safety risk, we will reverse that urgently, the first time you contact us — and if we can't, we will offer you an equivalent service.
- We will not ask you for proof. You do not need to provide evidence of your situation, and you will never be required to explain your circumstances to get help.
- We recognise that domestic, family or sexual violence can be a reason for being unable to pay a bill. If that is your situation, you may also be entitled to help under our financial hardship policy — see Financial Hardship.
- We will only ever contact you about these matters by the method and at the times you agree with us.
How to reach us
Our trained team is available during business hours. You can ask any staff member for a transfer — you will not have to repeat your story.
- Phone: 1300 259 650 — ask for the support team.
- Email: support@blynk.com.au — tell us a safe way and a safe time to respond, and we will only use that.
We can arrange call-backs on your terms: a number you choose, at a time you choose, or no calls at all.
Support services (free, confidential)
